Last week I had a VIP Intensive with June Kitto from Careerfit, one of my Platinum 2010 clients. June is an HR Consulting Expert specialising in assessing employee’s attitudes and aptitudes. She works with a highly effective tool that is great for recruitment and team development and she trains and certifies other consultants to use it as well.

June and I worked out her business model going forward and as we got clarity on that we found some amazing hidden assets that she had up to now not monetized. June has amazing knowledge that she currently generously provides to her clients almost without charge. There are some new programs just waiting to be created. This will put some time and monetary boundaries around her servicing her clients which makes things clearer, makes her more money and frees up her time. Her crystalised vision got us both excited!

I recently had a session with one of my most amazing mentors Pip McKay who has developed some very powerful processes allowing you to download Archetypal resources. I’ve done it and the effect is magical and really powerful.

I love Archetypes because they can help us understand ourselves and make transformations at a level that is even more profound, magical, creative and fun. I had a client come to me with a list of seemingly different problems. He wasn’t taken seriously at work even though he was incredibly competent at what he did. He hadn’t been in a relationship for a very long time and women tended to see him as a friend rather than a lover. He was shy and lacked self-confidence. He was a great guy and he really did still looked a lot like a little boy. Archetypally he had what I call: “The Peter Pan Problem”. It’s the little boy or little girl who never grew up. There are many great qualities about this Archetype; it keeps you young, there is an innocence about it and a kind of magic. The problem is a lost child really doesn’t have the resources an adult needs to live a fulfilling life.

We started our sessions by using Matrix Therapies to clear the negative influences of Mum and Dad, as well as, various emotions and limiting belief. This was an important first step and he felt much calmer and clearer and took some wonderful steps forward. If we had finished there, however, he wouldn’t have had such a fantastic result because even though we had cleared the problems of the little boy, he still didn’t have the resources of a man.

So we did a Matrix Constellations and Archetypes process called Archetypal Download that allowed him to step into his core identity as a man. First, we looked at what resources he would like to have that would solve his old issues and listed those. Then we looked at what Archetypes embodied those ideas. For him it was The Knight and The Emperor. Then we used the Archetypal Download technique to allow him to embody those resources and step into the identity as The Knight and The Emperor and choose what qualities he would like to adopt.

The results have been extraordinary. In the first few weeks after the course two former teachers came to him and asked to have private sessions for themselves. This was a clear indication that he was being taken seriously and respected at work, now his former mentors were coming to him for assistance! He also began to date and has now begun a mature relationship for the first time. We were both so excited! His whole demeanor has changed, he has gained so much confidence and it is palpable in his physical posture, the way he speaks and the energy that surrounds him. People keep telling him how great he looks. What I love most is that the change was really natural, organic and integrated into who he is as a person.
