Charismatic people have three traits in common:

The are congruent and authentic
Charismatic people are very clear about what they stand for, they have no doubts about it and the message they share comes straight from the heart. They believe in it wholehartedly. While they may run into obstacles and self doubt at times, they have ways of dealing with it that gets them back on on their path quickly.

They have a seeminly effortless ability to connect with others
Have you ever met someone who has other people’s faces light up when they talk to them and seems to always attract the right people to help them on their path? Charismatic people know how to build rapport with anyone, instantly. They easily adapt to any audience, speak their language, so they feel understood. It’s the secret to great influence, make people feel like you understand them, it’s so simple, when you know how!

They have the confidence to occupy their space
Charismatic people have learned to leave their self consciousness behind when it counts, so they can truly let their light shine into the world. They may not be completely confident all the time, AND they find the confidence and courage to go for their dreams when it matters. They let themselves dream and think big, they are using more encouraging rather than criticising language towards others AND THEMSELVES.
