Executive Coaching is a series of intensive one on one sessions where coach and coachee work towards achieving a measurable outcome agreed between Coach, Coachee and often the Coachee’s Manager. Yvonne McIntosh’s coaching approach is holistic and tailored to each individual. She works with her client to clarify goals and works with them towards these using structured development plans, reflective discussions and questioning techniques that build skills, challenge, and transform limiting beliefs into useful ones. Where diagnostic 360 Degree feedback tools are part of the organisation’s development approach, these can be incorporated in measuring the coaching success.
